Location is very good, still not happy with what the LEVEL offers you for what you pay for. Breakfast is not the best, the food is not warm enough and it's mostly the same everyday

staff in charged during sahur at the cafe allowed my husband to pack the food for me since i was not able to go down for sahur - had our child with us and he won’t let me leave him

Front desk entertained was excellent...they also reserved parking for us and help us with the luggage. Tq to all the front desk including the door man.

Price and Availability. It's an old hotel, but for me back then maybe it's a 4 star hotel.
